Horizons, Inc. (Horizons) has established a reputation as one of the leading aerial photography acquisition and photogrammetric mapping firms in the United States. Since its inception in 1968, Horizons’ mission has centered around two key components – technological innovation and professional development.

Research, capital investment, process improvements and ongoing education and training enable Horizons to develop cutting-edge technologies that allow us to deliver products to clients faster, more efficiently and at greater cost savings than previously possible.

Based in Rapid City, South Dakota, with a branch sales office in Minnetonka, Horizons has expanded to serve both national and international markets.

Expanded production resources inlcude facilities in South Dakota, Maryland and Canada, in addition to an off-shore photogrammetric production operation located in Qinhuangdao, China. Owned and managed by our affiliate, EarthData International, it offers our customers a combination of large, highly skilled production resources at very cost-competitive rates.
